Conditions of Sale & Warranty
By purchasing from Lanie Moore, you agree to the following terms: Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Custom-made, personalised, altered, reserved, or special-order items cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded. Deposits on such items are non-refundable.
Jewellery Warranty:
Jewellery sold as precious metal, gemstone, or pearl jewellery is guaranteed to be as described at the time of sale. The warranty does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or repairs performed by third parties.
Fashion Wear, Headpieces, Bags & Accessories:
If an item is faulty due to manufacturing workmanship, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your purchase. Eligible items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded upon inspection. Proof of purchase is required.
Payment Terms:
All goods remain the property of Lanie Moore until paid in full. Online orders must be paid in full before dispatch. Overdue accounts may be referred for debt recovery, with recovery costs payable by the customer.
Australian Consumer Law:
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to remedies where required by law. For warranty claims or enquiries, please contact Lanie Moore via our website or email.
